On the free preview, raw uploaded files and student-identifiable dashboard data are automatically wiped after processing. Anonymous preview dashboards timeout after 60 minutes and are deleted.
To keep cohort growth reporting working, Compass may temporarily retain anonymized matched assessment records that do not expose student names, PINs, or student-facing profiles.
When you create a teacher account, cohort dashboards are stored in a private database for authorized teacher use. Student explorer and PIN-based student access are currently turned off in this beta phase.
